Pengalaman Di-Interview..

As requested by Miss One-Niey.. Here's part of my experience...

Well, untuk pengetahuan anda.. Pengalaman ini jangan dijadikan contoh.. Sesi Interview yang saya lalui di Shah Alam semalam memang unethical way of Interview.. Please don't try this at home..

Dengan termengah2 saya sampai.. Menukar mood ke wajah ceria yet confident..

"Hello!" Penginterview wish aku.. Wanita Cina muda yang tersenyum lebar..
"Hello!" Sambutku..

Lantas dia mengenalkan dirinya sambil menghulur tangan berjabat tangan begitu juga aku sambil berjabat tangan. Aku tak terkata apa.. Ikutkan salah berjabat ngan bukan muhrim.. Ya Allah.. Ampuni dosaku..

Soalan pertama.. "Okay Afiq, let's introduce yourself"

Aku pun jawab
"Okay.. How do I start? Ok.. My name is Mohamed Afiq Bin Mohamed Anwar, I'm from Selayang Selangor 23 years old.. "

Then dia cakap "Would you like to tell us about your academic background?"

Aku jawab
"Previously I'm having my PMR at SMK Selayang Bharu before my SPM at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kepong.. After that, I particpated in National service before continuing for my Diploma.. I studied for my Diploma In Business Studies of UiTM at Koleh Poly-Tech MARA Bangi.. And currently a final year student of Bachelor in Human Resource Managementat UiTM Melaka."

"I'm willing to learn something new, adapatable to change, and have a sense of leadership"

(p/s :Something missing in the dialog coz tak ingat.. Coz aku punya intro dekat 2 minit)

Then dia cakap "Now let's go to your resume.. Okey Afiq.. 23 years old.. Batu Caves.. Ok.. Our office is mainly at Menara Standard Chartered.. How do you get yourself here (Menara Standard Chartered)?

Aku jawab "Since i'm posing no driving license, all that i have is public tranport.. First I will get my bus to KTM Kepong get my train to KTM Bank Negara before I get my LRT @ Bandaraya Station to any destination that I want to"

Dia tanya " Do you have working experience?"
Then aku jawab "Well, to have a real working experience I have none" But I believe my experiece in study for 6 years is almost enough as compared to those who went to work practically..

Dia anguk2.. and bertanya
"Do you have any extra activities that you have joined during your studies?"

Aku jawab
"during my secondary school.. I participated PBSM, KRS, Creative Club as Vice President, Islamic Society as AJK, Counseling Club as Secretary, Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya.."

"During my diploma I'm holding my portfolio as a Senator of Students Representative Council"

"During my Degree, i participated in choir as a head, Faculty Dinner Director, Exco for Human Resource Society"

"Good.." Katanya

Then dia cakap "So Afiq.. Is there any question that you would like to ask?"

then aku tanyalah apa experience syarikat diorang yg dh establish sejak 1996.. Apa yg berlaku bila customer complaint yang diorang tak sediakan pekerja yg bagus ke.. ye la.. HR experience kan..

After that dia kata thank you sbb sudi di interview.. "i'll will submit your resume to my headquaters.. Thank you.."

Then bersurai...
